We are pleased to have received seven Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards for the 2011 model year from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the leading advocacy group of the recreational boating industry.

For the seventh consecutive year, Sea Ray was honored with more awards than any other boat builder in the program (the nearest competitor received just four). In addition, since 2004, we have won a grand total of 46 NMMA CSI Awards -- the most of any boat builder in the history of the program!

The NMMA's Marine Industry CSI Awards recognize marine manufacturers whose pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement earns them overwhelming customer support. To qualify as an award recipient, Sea Ray maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the program year. More than 30,000 consumers participated in 2011 CSI Awards surveys. This year, Sea Ray received top honor in the following categories:

  • Deck boats
  • Inboard express boats
  • Inboard fishing express boats
  • Inboard flybridge sedans and convertibles
  • Fiberglass outboard boats
  • Sterndrive bowrider boats
  • Sterndrive cuddy and express boats
These awards are a testament to the superior quality of our products, as well as the first-class customer support provided by our dealers and service personnel. To receive such a credible and prestigious third-party acknowledgement of our customer satisfaction is gratifying and meaningful. It shows that we continue to provide our customers with boats that fit their needs and reinforce our brand promise: to be the best.
